BREVE invests in growth – the new warehouse hall is complete

The dynamic growth of the Breve product range and the increasing scale of our operations meant that our existing warehouse space no longer met our needs. That is why we have built a new, modern hall that has significantly increased our storage capacity while creating additional space for the further development of production.

Over the past two years, the Breve product range has been substantially expanded. A larger number of products, components and materials required not only more space, but also an even more efficient organisation of goods flow. The new hall is considerably taller than our existing buildings and is designed for high-bay storage. This allows us to make effective use of the available volume and to better organise the placement of materials and finished goods.

More space for production and new technologies

Moving part of our warehouse processes to the new building has allowed us to make better use of the space in our existing halls. The recovered floor area can be used to optimise the production layout and to install further modern machinery and production lines.

Breve consistently invests in automation, higher productivity and improved repeatability of manufacturing processes. The new investment will make it easier to introduce further technologies without disrupting the day-to-day operation of the plant.

Even better product availability

Expanding our materials and components warehouse has increased our ability to maintain appropriate stock levels. As a result, we can respond even faster to changing customer needs, growing order volumes and periodic fluctuations in raw material availability.

More warehouse space also means:

• faster order picking and handling,
• better availability of key materials and products,
• greater flexibility in production planning,
• smoother material flow,
• the ability to further expand our product range,
• greater security of supply and production continuity.

The new hall is not only an answer to our current needs, but also an investment in the years of company growth ahead, in scaling up production and in introducing new product groups.

The building combines greater storage capacity with a modern organisation of internal logistics. It has streamlined the flow of materials – from goods receipt, through production, to the storage and dispatch of finished products.

The commissioning of the new hall is another important milestone in the development of Breve. We have increased the scale of our operations, created new opportunities for further automation and prepared the plant for the future needs of the market – all so that we can fulfil orders even more effectively and provide our customers with high product availability and reliable deliveries.
