They limit commutation interactions, current build-up and higher harmonics in electrical network. They are made of magnetic cores with air gap, copper windings wound on a uniform insulating body, mounting bases and current terminals. Core welding and impregnation ensure high mechanical strength and climatic protection. Protection grade IP00, thermal class of insulation F (155°C), maximum ambient temperature 40°C. Manufactured in compliance with EN61558-2-20.

Three-phase compensation chokes, being a source of inductive reactive power, are used in capacitive reactive power compensation systems occurring e.g during the operation of synchronous machines in extensive cable networks, etc. They are made of magnetic cores with gap spacers, copper windings, fastening elements and terminals. Vacuum impregnation ensures high mechanical and climatic resistance. The chokes have thermal sensors that are automatic (self-returning) to control the switching system in the event of excessive overload and overheating of the windings.

D3F chokes consists of 3UI magnetic cores with slot spacers, copper windings, fastening elements and electrical clamps. Vacuum impregnation provides high mechanical strenght and climatic resistance.
